The breakfast buffet was just amazing with tons of options everyone found something to eat and nobody went hungry we were there for 4 days and we enjoyed it all and the staff were super friendly and made us feel at home.

The breakfast selections are commendable, featuring a variety of options such as sausage, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. The hotel provides a cozy outdoor seating area with a fire pit, which makes for a pleasant ambiance on colder evenings.

Had issues with cleanliness, particularly with carpets showing stains in multiple areas. Also, the bed firmness might not be suitable for everyone. some might find it way too hard for comfort. Additionally, noise from kids running in the upper rooms could disrupt a peaceful stay.

The room was super clean, even the A/C vent was spotless! But, I found hair on the sheets, not cool. The mattress pads made it hard to sleep, sounded like a plastic bag every time I moved. Enjoyed the snack bar though, perfect for late-night munchies. Definitely needs better mattress choices.

It was just a fitting option for a momentary pause in Hot Springs with good price value. The breakfast selection was impressive with pancakes and Cinnabon rolls that were so yummy! Cleanliness can be hit or miss, so check your room before settling in.
